At Thrifty Party Supplies, we know every day counts when you're planning a celebration. We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer free shipping on every order — no minimum purchase, no promo codes needed. The price you see is the price you pay.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to U.S. states.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days.
During peak seasons (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. If you haven't received it within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we will contact you to confirm your address. A re-shipping fee may apply. If you choose not to reship, we will refund the item cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked "Delivered" but you haven't received it:

Check with neighbors or building management.
Contact UPS directly to file a claim.
If still unresolved, email us within 7 days of the delivery date at thriftypartysupplies@gmail.com. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, reship or refund at no extra cost.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

Take photos of the item and packaging.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thriftypartysupplies@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
We will arrange full refund.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. If the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes — you may need to contact UPS directly.
